My thoughts are just thoughts. I strive to be in control of my mind, not the other way around. That is the ultimate form of peace and emotional serenity. When I focus on my breath I center my mind around nothing but “Being”. There is nothing else in that state of space but peace. Only peace. Being Present in This Moment means that nothing else exists except this. So much of my thoughts are made up that paying any attention to them causes unneccessary pain. I choose to be Mindful of my mind and I choose Peace, Inner Calm and the path to Enlightenment. It is a practice of daily meditation and yoga and study. I am grateful to have found this path and choose to stay on it, moving ahead, being present in every moment I can.
I am surrounded by Strength, I am guided by Love, I am fulfilled by Peace.
