Breathing is Being, Just simply being. Being alive, being present, being fully conscious of all that is around me. It seems simple but it is a practice that takes dedication and time. When I am in my thoughts I am not in Being.  I am thinking and processing and in my mind. Right now I am thinking as I write but I am fully aware of the fact that I am using my mind for this task, so I am Being present of my breath, my fingers on the keyboard, the sounds of the keys as I type, the fan behind me, my arms on my desk and my but seated on the chair. This is good. I am fully present and aware. I am conscious. I am grateful. I feel at peace. I smile. Joy. Being.
